Customer who is relatively local to us popped in over the weekend for our stage 1 software upgrade. He brought his pals and Mrs and they wondered off as it was a cracking day weather wise so headed to a local café on the river front.
Customer was interested in our Stage 1 upgrade for now with Stage 2 in mind for the future. He also took advantage of our 0% interest free finance.
These W204s on our rollers never made stock power but I have to admit was at the lower end and after full diagnostics and multiple runs the vehicle was absolutely fine and we got to work. Found the car gained extremely well and the high mileage which I thought could have been the issue simply wasn't.
So after many sweep tests and steady state tests with multiple runs and tweaks we managed to find a whole bunch of power locked up and makes for quite the difference on the road.
Gaining an extra +75bhp and +102nm
