Probably doing a DPF regeneration which on a very hot day can bring the fan on or the fan sensor is faulty

It was trying to do a regen as it goes. I’ll give her a belt on the m25 late night when she is cooler and see how she goes.
Cheers Malcolm.

On my previous car, it was doing a regen as I finished a long journey. I was in France and the outside temperature was 30°C+ and the fan ran for a good ten minutes after I turned the engine off! I did wonder what that would do to the battery but no problems.

Sorted! Air con sensor and air con also topped up. Indy also found oil leak. 642 cooler issue so that’s a grand but hey!

Yes low gas pressure causes the fans to run. Had the same on my 129.

I am used to these quirks having been a Saab owner previously!

Blisteringly quick (remapped, bigger turbo and bigger injectors) but the most unreliable car I've had.
Pity as in every other way it was really nice to drive.
