Have you tested to see if there is power to the unit? Checked fuses, read codes?

Many thanks for your reply larkone

I have tried to find which fuse is needed to be checked for passenger side hid but cannot find the info on which or where they are located

I will chexk the wire today to see if there is any voltage coming through. If this is the case and it isnt coming through where do i stand to fix that??

Many thanks

Go further back up the chain then, all fuses good? Voltage on both sides of the fuse? SAM working or full of water as per above?

You probably need to get it on Star and go through the guided checks to find the issue. Star can test every component along the chain.
