Your best bet is to speak to someone like MSL or GAD tuning.
In general to get more power requires swapping to a smaller supercharger pulley and then remapping.

Just be careful with that chain if you put more grunt on it, they’re made from liquorice string anyway...

That's the look I had when I found out about the chain not long after I bought mine. 3 years 9 months later still running lovely. I change my oil every 5 000 miles not every 10 000 and listen carefully for any noise at first start up in the morning. I would be wary of putting extra strain on the system, but what do I know. talk to an expert, like GAD. Enjoy your car & make full use of this great forum. If you have any concerns someone on here will get to the bottom of it.

As others have said , the M271 can start with chain/sprocket problems at 70-80,000 miles (probably in small numbers though) . Aggravated by poor oil change service history and a hard life ?
If I was considering putting extra strain on the engine in any way , it may be worth a new chain/sprockets before having anything done ? (Maybe £1500 at an MB Indy )

As said MSL. There's little point in changing the pulley without a remap.
MSL have a very good reputation on here and should be able to do the entire job.

Quite honestly, if you want more performance, buy a car with a bigger engine. See if you can find a C250 CDi that has far more torque and is easier to remap if you need more power.
Don't waste money trying to squeeze more power out of an already fragile engine (single timing chain that streches and worn timing gears)
