It was a bad decision by the Stewards. It is ruining F1. They need to be consistent with the rules.
As pointed out above, it has happened before and a clear case of
Yes it has happened before and Max got a penalty. I'd call that consistent.

Mercedes have done it four or five times and got off scott free. I'd say the MAFIA are leaning towards Mercedes favouritism and inconsistency.

Max along with SV getting penalised for it proves the point.

The 4 or 5 instances in the video link were not the same thing. The rules are clear and Seb broke them. The steering inputs where he opened the steering after he regained control were the clincher for the stewards. It was a clear attempt to block Hamilton.

Used to be Ferrari International Assist when they were getting the favourable rulings - shows they're about right to be upsetting both sides :D

Used to have a C63...
I think they should allow ramming. Put some blades on the alloys... take a leaf out of Death Race's book.

The skill is in damaging your oppo but keeping your car working.

There... that's 2020 sorted. :D

I'll enter my Landy with rock sliders, tree guards and tub sliders - not going to be the fastest but to finish first, first you have to finish :D:p

Are they dropping one to include this or adding to the calendar?
Use to go Zandfoort in the late 60's early 70's. Arrive Friday night camping all weekend, I doubt you we be able to do that now?

Agreed now looking at further videos that there was some secondary steering input but I'm not sure you can say it was deliberate. Rules is rules though.

Worth a watch -

First of all it needs to be new evidence, which is difficult as the stewards have a lot of data at their disposal. Secondly, it needs to be significant, which again I doubt it was.

Yes time to move on...

As for today, MB blitzed Ferrari. Vettel had a bad lap and starts 7th. On a more positive note, well done McLaren!

Final hour of the Nurburgring 24 hours endurance race.

Mercedes in 3rd position but anything can happen when there's engines letting go, lack of concentration meaning that the leading Audi spins off and and recovers and there's a BMW M4 held together with gaffer tape.

Not a procession.
