Hello all again. Just replaced my standard stereo on my car today with Android unit but I couldn`t find an ignition live for it on the original plug? Checked all outputs with my multi-meter and only 1 12v available. I removed the original comand as it would`nt get past home screen, is there a secret fuse i don`t know about?

Cheers.

How did you connect it? Was it supplied with an adapter loom?

No, there is no switched live at the connector for the radio. The OEM unit is switched with the canbus. Easiest thing is to tap a wire from the cig light directly below.

Thanks guys, I tested this morning and there is no live running to the cigarette lighter all wires on it tested 0v. There must be a fuse or something. I checked fuse 47 but that was fine??? Baffled, I also have no parktronic system, stopped working a couple of weeks ago.

Cheers

I’m guessing your cigarette lighter isn’t working then...

Check the fuses and that they have a feed to them.

I’m guessing you’re checking with the ignition switches on...
