Hello to you all
First time in two years my eml has come on but the car drivers perfectly with all its power.
I have a 500 mile drive Saturday morning and not sure if I can get to a garage tomorrow to see what the fault is.
Any advice on what it could be and should I risk the drive?

Hello and welcome

I’d want to know the reason for the warning light before driving it on your trip

Yes get it checked out could be anything from an engine sensor to a slipping timing chain

Thank you

Usually the light will go off if the fault does not return in the next 5 or 6 journeys, if it was something serious that triggered the light, you would be in limp mode.
