Hello and welcome
I’d take it to the dealer and see what they say
The dealer is probably going to look at this as a wear and tear situation and not a warranty claim, very difficult to argue against that. Are the other trims secure, if not you may have an argument for them to honour the claim
Thanks for your reply!
other trims no problem, the plastic arch has been stuck on with double sided foam tape and the car not even 2 years old, how come already becoming loose so quick.
Can see no reason why you’d be expected to pay for this on a 2 year old car (unless you did 200k miles?)
Then, and as above, if double sided tape has been fitted to the arch (not uncommon to be completely honest), then you have a claimThanks for you reply,
Just over 8000 miles.

Sounds bizarre, you've a 2 year old Mercedes (63AMG?) which is a serious bit of kit and I'd be kicking up a stink with the service manager / dealer principle. I'm presuming you've been servicing with the dealer you've approached. Have they said there is any damage that has caused it to come loose?yes, but the dealer said no to me twice.

If it is damage related I'd find a bodywork specialist in your area and get them to stick it back on. As it's not an insurance job then they can be quite reasonable cost wise.
If it’s damage related and as that’s what they’re saying then you could ask them to point out the damage. Thanks for your reply.
Yes, that's what they said, but this arch above the wheel has clearly never been bumped and there are no scratches indicating that any damage has been caused by me or others.
