I have a 2006 E320 OM642 3.0 V6 and have done the following modifications:

- Hybrid Turbo from the original turbo, so changed from the original GT2056V to a billet wheel, machined internally etc.

- EGR Programmed out of the system, blanks fitted at the back of the system that goes into the Y-Piece on the exhaust

- Straight through exhaust setup, removed the small turbo Silencer/CAT and the bottom of the downpipe CAT

- Fitted a spacer for the oxygen sensor, only one with a temp sensor after the Large CAT

- Upgraded Intercooler and removed the baffle out of the intercooler resonator at the front (Plan to change this plastic resonator with a metal piece with silicon hoses)

- Remap taking the car to 318BHP and 575ftlb Torque after these modifications

Anything else that people would recommend or to do to get to the 350bhp stage :)

Not much else you can do really. Gearbox will start to be limiting factor and will be why your hitting those power levels.

Your mapper should be telling you what limit your hitting (torque limiters in gb, AIR (turbo) or Fuel (injector duty).

I suspect its a fuel limitation, but you never know.

Other than remap and exhaust de-cat/DPF remove, its going to be bigger turbo then custom injectors. We have suppliers for both but its not small ££. Many would change car for an AMG before spending the money.

You can do a rolling road re-map which will give you more power than a standard map.

Thought it might be that, what sort of cost are we talking? Likelihood would be a RR remap but it’s nice to hear the options, the car is a keeper until it dies so I don’t mind spending a bit on the old girl

This was the power outlet from the RR dyno, the dip is the wheels spinning on the dyno hahah

Recently found that spacing the 02 sensor hasn't helped as it came up with a code which was running the car abit lean. Need to get it back on the dyno to see better figures I think

More strapping down on the dyno required or get a few people to sit on the back while running :p

You sure about that wheel spin? Looks awful lot like torque management to me.....

Yes spacing the 02 will make it read nothing essentially. Better to have it in the flow. What was the reason for spacing it?
