That second one sounds terrible. Sounds like someone farting in a jar.
Needs to be deeper and smoother in my view.

I ran a Jaguar V6 Diesel with a remap for eleven years before I got this one. Not a lot of noise from the exhaust but a lovely sound under acceleration from inside the car and very quiet on tick over as well.

Rather than edit I'll add this. The Jag had a stainless steel exhaust system as standard. Do MB fit SS systems to any of their models

The best sounding diesel I have come across is the 2 stroke Nissan V8 engine, great V8 sound
