As the title suggests?

I wouldn't know where to start checking.. but.. I may be getting a new contract sorted for work, where I need to be in Frankfurt 3 days a month.

Just wondering if I could pickup OEM parts there for less than the UK?

Just a wild one really..

Sounds likely. Do a search on a German site.

Got any recommendations for decent sites, where I can buy in bricks and mortar? I'll have a search.

There will be differences - all brands of brake pads for my car were under 20€ a pair here on mister-auto.es (which is teh ECP equivalent), on ECP in the UK it was 35 quid minimum. They were over twice as much regardless of make/OEM or not.

That said a driveshaft (only non OEM) was 62GBP per side in the UK on ECP, here it was 350€ (and you had to give the original back or it was more).

Mister-auto (and I'm sure German equivalents) will offer to post anywhere in Europe too for 20 pounds or so, so on high value items you really coudl save a fortune if prepared to take a risk on returning the part and you know the part number (the registration number obviously won't direct you to the correct part and they'll be for LHD vehicles which may make some parts inappropriate).

I highly doubt it. There will be savings on some items but across the patch they will even out. And remember after Brexit you’ll have to pay import duty and potentially import VAT if you bring goods cross border.
