Which is more correct or legal on a R129 1998 SL - clear or orange front indicators (I need to replace one sadly)

Are the eBay clear replacements any good, has anyone tried them?

Not tried any ebay ones but the units are simple to take out, one clip inside the engine bay to press, then just make sure to line up the tongues on the indicator with the grooves in the headlamp when putting it back.
