Thoroughly clean every face (w+d will do this), service the calipers, then reassemble.
Good to go!

Really, you've ended up with two threads on the same topic.
Some posters on one thread, others on t'other.
Getting confusing now, so will take a back seat and just spectate.

Have been forced to stay dry today what with the storm. Managed to get my forms done for the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme. Which one of my former colleagues has told me i am entitled to. A 22 page form though.
And i need to contact Co-op re the fuel contamination issue.

There is between 0.5-1.00mm movement of the wheel bearing in the wheel hub. I will gauge the OSF wheel shortly.
Okay the OSF Wheel has between 0.75-1.2mm movement.

This is how I adjusted mine.

Good video. Have watched that recently. I prefer the way he does the NSF Wheel as opposed to the OSF Wheel. He skips stuff for the second wheel.
But still very good.
Thank you

Okay. I strongly reckon that my brake calliper pistons have indeed seized up. And therefore need removing cleaning, lubricating and replacing again.

. Interesting but not my system.

Your system is single piston, so all you need to do is pump out one piston

Okay. Another question for you all. And I've already written this 3 times already to get the right answer for my question!!! Doh!!
Okay, what is the most effective way to clean the front brake discs, the callipers, the bracket, the piston, the pins, and even the bolts? Which will then need re-lubricating with both Red Rubber Grease for the piston and I believe either a blue or green grease for the pins? Even if it is good old fashioned hot soapy water and elbow grease and then dried meticulously before re-installing onto the front axles. And what basic cleaning tools should one use?
