i'm new to the forum.
got an E-class convertible for everyday and an R107 SL350 (1972) that i'm restoring.
I live on a barge in Ely.
any local meets in East Anglia?

Welcome from another E Class convertible owner in the east. I am up in Norfolk though.

There is a meet usually organised at Duxford once a year across the forums. Think its usually May time but not attended as I have usually been away when it was held.

Hi and welcome. My current car came from E Anglia, MB Norwich, so at least it's been there.

We used to have a bit of a meet at Bury St Edmunds every year (Cars on the Green) but last year it was cancelled, apparently due to parking issues. It was actually a massive show and used to have the title of the largest free show in the UK until they started charging a nominal amount.

I've just had a quick check and it's not being held again this year. Shame really as it was a good day out.

As above, there's always Duxford but it started to get a bit chaotic trying to get access there and a few of us just gave up in the end.
