Golf Bags

has anyone tried to fit 3 or 4 golf bags in a 2020 GLE without folding down the 2nd row seats? Thanks

Yes they are, it's difficult convincing one of the 4 his golf bag won't fit.

I can get 2 glof bags and bats in the back of my Smart Fortwo convertibuble so you shouldn’t have any issues in a GLE...

id be very surprised if you got more than 2 bags in pal , modern clubs / bags take up a lot more room than they used too unless you are all carrying ??

We used to fit 2 golf bags and 2 trundlers into a Triumph Herald saloon, going back a bit and in those days the bags and trundlers weren't compact

I could get 4 carry bags and 4 small sports bags in the boot of my Impreza easily

in that case mythreesons shouldn't have any bother putting 3-4 golf bags into his 2020 GLE
If he does have trouble fitting them in, I'll send my wife over, she's great at packing

Gets to be a problem in most modern cars. My old 211 E class couldn't get a set straight across the boot because of the width being taken up with navigation stuff on one side, so they had to go diagonal. to get more than one bag in I had to remove the woods and put them in diagonally on top of the bags.
My S class can get a couple of sets across behind the wheel arch intrusions.

The outsides get wider but due to more stuff on the inner rear wings the inside actually ends up smaller.

The w210 estate had it cracked. You could put three sets beside each other with the club heads against the back of the middle seats. They don't think of these things nowadays.

Ha ha, and you wouldn't even have to break down the sets ...........In fact you could play around in the back of the w210
