I’m afraid without retrofitting a Bluetooth system like parrot or replacing the head unit with something like an Android it’s probably not going to be possible. Do you know what you have in the car currently

Do you have an auxiliary port? If so you can buy a BT receiver.

If it helps, I fitted an Erisin unit to a friends W245 and he is very happy with it.
The aerial amp is powered from the head unit on his which needed an additional cable but this was already supplied, I just missed it.

Okay so you could potentially speak to commandonline @Alfie is one of the forum sponsors and may have a BT adapter that would fit.

Essentially it’s a Bluetooth phone adapter that fits into the cradle in your armrest,
If you have a picture of what you have in there already we could possibly confirm which adapter you would need

You have a few options - as mentioned above:

1. You can buy a bluetooth module, like one of these:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mercedes-Benz-B67875877-Bluetooth-Adapter/224068963334
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mercedes-Benz-bluetooth-adapter-B67880000/333646984861
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mercedes...Module-B6-787-5877-ORIGINAL-PART/133430618778

and plug it into the phone cradle;

2. You can try this cheap bluetooth adapter, if you can access the back of your head unit (there's no guarantee it'll work - depends on whether AUX input is enabled on your head unit):

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Car-12P-...For-Mercedes-Benz-W169-W245-W203/133310398946

3. You can replace the head unit, with either facelift model Audio20, which has a built-in bluetooth:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MERCEDES...r-A-B-Class-W169-W245-1698705794/274330857038

or,

4. You replace the head unit with an aftermarket Android one, which either looks like original:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/7-GPS-Ca...-Benz-B200-AB-Class-W169-W245-uk/223683106454

or,

5. Go for a more modern look:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/9-Androi...for-Mercedes-Benz-W245-W169-W906/333363894420

Personally, I felt the options 1 and 3 were way too expensive, for their seriously outdated technology (no music streaming via bluetooth), tried option 2 and it was okay, and in the end went for option 5 - fitted this three years ago and never looked back:

CarPlay works fine too:

And, I freed the little tray for some important rubbish:

Ha-ha ... no, thank you - I only drive automatic, and while my Florida and Bahamas licences don't specifically say so, my UK licence certainly does :) Never driven a "stick" in my life. Never wanted to either
