2011 E Class 250 Cdi coupe
Hi Everyone, Just bought another Merc and very happy.

I've owned two C Class 220's in the past and now I've bought
an E Class 250 Cdi auto and glad I did.

Hope to learn and hopefully contribute to make this an enjoyable
experience.

A question I would like to ask is although I have a lot of service
history with the car, registering online to access Merc history is
somewhat confusing! It says only fill out the registration as an
individual if you want to buy access to Mercedes parts info etc.

I only initially wanted to access info on my car.Any help would be
appreciated on how to do this.Thanks.

Hi and welcome. You can access the Digital Service Book through your Mercedes Me portal if you register there. To access the DSB for the first time, you need the code off the last paper print out which your dealer should be able to give to you.

Hi Srdi,Thanks for that.I have found the Mercedes ME site just need to
sort the code as that seems to be why it didn't work.

My car has full service history but wanted to check if anything
was missing and in particular find out if and when auto box had
been serviced, which it had at 26k.I think it's every 5 years so
will be due in about a year @ around 50k.
