Hello everyone,
I own a 2005 mercedes c class Avantgarde 2.7 cdi, I have a small issue with the 330mm brake discs I've had normal cheapest eicher discs and pads they warped after 6 months so I went for Bendix and now it's exactly the same, shall I dish out more money for brembos or something else or has any got any better or less known discs/pads combos that won't warp after 6months of driving, I may add the car is mapped to 220bhp and 400 torque(roughly 540nm) backed up by a printout all done professionally been assured it's well within the vehicles limits but I am planning to change boost pipes and intercooler for bigger ones for the future if anyone could also recommend any of the above I would be very thankful

I’ve had two sets of brembo on mine and they warped, first replaced under warranty and second will be off my own back so won’t be going back to them. This isn’t the first car I’ve had issues with brembo on either

I had a CLK270CDI 2004 version, did 115K miles in it. Only one set of front discs replaced by the MB dealer.

Just a thought.
I fitted Pagid all round on my M class, the backs warped after a few thousand miles, but just one of them. It turned out the calliper on that side had the inboard piston sticking, hence the outboard piston was pushing the disc over, making it run out of true.
Rebuilt both callipers and fitted cheap COMLINE discs (as could not afford better ones) its been absolutely fine since.
I have to add i do like MINTEX pads.
