I found an old Alfa Romeo control arm with a ball joint on that was threaded M10 1.0 pitch and cut that off the ball joint and reprofiled the end on my lathe. Job done

I need a replacement grub screw for my C215 CL 500's front ABC strut. I had to drill it out and new strut fitted now need replacement screw but cannot find one. I believe them to be M10 1.0 Pitch x 20mm? Does anyone know where might sell these or the actual Mercedes part number? Thanks, James.

I know I just had a pry bar in there ;) I just didn't want to say anything.

Since the strut is being replaced, I think it's irrelevant at this point. I'll do the left rear first and see if that resolves the problem and perhaps follow up with the right rear if it needs it.
