No £600 for you I’m afraid because it was the SAM module …replaced with a second hand one £30 on eBay and now indicator all working as it should !!

Just replaced the SAM unit ….problem fixed . Indicator now working .

Did you ever sort this out ….am having the same issue , replaced battery and now have no right hand indicator and no working radio , and told to replace rear SAM . Did you have to re programme after fitting …was it easy to fit ? Am hoping my non Mercedes mechanic can do this !

I was a bit desperate last week and went to nearest place which happened to be GSF and just asked for a battery to fit !! So they supplied me with a Drivetec 019 part no DRBDM019 ( non start stop ) . The last battery that was fitted was a genuine Merc one .

I’ve now discovered that the radio isn’t working ( must have also happened since the battery change ) ….its completely dead , not lighting up at all .
