Well, having taken the seat back off (a few star key bolts) I can see that the lift mechanism is working perfectly, so the culprit must be somewhere in the base of the seat. Has anyone found a schematic for the 2016 E-Class Cab or Coupe seat? Before I send it to the local garage?

I think I’ve found the issue. The top of the window sticks out on the passenger side whereas it’s flush on the drivers side.

Today I picked up a 2015 E350D Convertible. Other than a few minor issues it’s great. The one issue which is annoying is whistling from the passenger window (I think) when I get to 70mph. Is this a simple adjustment of the window or something more serious?
