Central locking bypass - access driver side fuses?

By way of an update The local MB experts fixed the problem but sadly it was only temporary (or perhaps this is another one?) I asked them for the old PSE pump back which they did (weren't going to) and I sent it off to the Ebay guy https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/264501091452 The guy is genuine...

Central locking bypass - access driver side fuses?

Turns out the PSE pump was the villain and suggested by the Techy that the PCB was showing an intermittent refusal to talk to anything. Decided on a Genuine MB replacement which hit me for £850 + VAT = £1020! Double Ouch! Techy pointed out that people are selling refurbed ones now for £7-800...

Central locking bypass - access driver side fuses?

Ive not had any great water ingress with this vehicle. Previous 350 had pools of it under the spare and the foam surround was sodden. No such thing on this one although I do leave a towel in either side just in case. I should find out on Monday when I have it in to my Local MB expert. Thanks for...

Central locking bypass - access driver side fuses?

Update - got my head in and can see that fuse 71 is 25A when it should be 20A. I guess this suggest that the car has had a fuse blowing proclivity? Having said that the fuse has not blown. It did not reset the pump so I guess that is where the problem lies? Input appreciated

I've just found out that I have a similar issue probably caused by the extreme cold the other week. Its on my 2004 SL500 and the water is dripping at the front left corner from somewhere just behind the headlight until the washer bottle is empty. Trouble is its hidden so I can't see from where...
