Definitely need live traffic. I have unlimited data on my phone but I didn't buy a Merc to hang my phone on the dash.

Mine appears to be Tom Tom but back in the recesses of my mind I thought you could get a 3 year activation. Or is that just them putting one over on me.

Car is now 3 years old. Live traffic deactivated without warning. I have looked at Mercedes Me and can't find a place to hand my money over and get Live traffic back. It's probably logical but it eludes me. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Chris. Stafford

I have had an issue off and on with the left front proximity sensor telling me I am dangerously near something when I am obviously not. It will be fine for weeks then act up. I have had the software reloaded twice but it keeps coming back. Also engine cut off at stationery has a mind of its own...

Hi Rory, I had been to a Mercedes Showroom and asked an expert, waded through YouTube videos with no success. Sometimes the best expert you can find is a forum of like minded people with more experience than you in owning a Mercedes. A lot of the times with apps you can go around in circles.
