e320 heater motor

Hello The heater fan motor has stopped working on my 2001 E320 CDi. I've checked the fuses and they are ok but from other posts on this site I can see that there are some associated resistors that might be the cause of the problem? I'm not sure where these are located - can anyone shed any...
