electrics fuses interior light

Trying to find the fuse for the interior lights, they’re all off when previously auto on, can anyone help. 67 plate Vito Tourer xlwb Any other reason the auto lights might be off? Thanks

Hello, Can anyone please help, i tried fitting some new lights in the back of my Vito van , and have tripped/shorted/blown something or other as now neither my front cab or rear compartment interior lights work, i didnt even fit the new lights just touched the connection in the rear interior...
