- S320 CDI - W220-2005
Hi All,
Hope everyone's Mercedes is working well!?
I've had my E320 cdi AG Estate (S211-2003) for about 3 years now. She has 200,000 miles on her, still looks great, has every extra option known to man and has had every large bill paid for:
SBC
New Gearbox
New suspension parts
Basically £5000 spent over the last 3 years. I have been told she is ready for another 200,000 miles.
I'm getting the itch to get something a little newer. I like mid to large size cars, with a good bit of oommph, but not huge fuel bills.
My car is remapped and does go really, really well.
So my thoughts are:
Newer E-class (not sure if my budget will allow?)
S-class 2005 model (low mileage mint example)
S-class 2007 model (higher mileage model)
ML-class (although they seems to be thirstier and slower!)
Can a mint old shape S-class still cut it? Will it be alot slower than my E320? Can it also be remapped?
Help.
