Hello all,

I have had countless issues with my S350Cdi.

Getting there now slowly, I have the issue of the ‘Adblue heater has a short cut to ground’

& DPF pressure sensor is out of range (unsure what this means)

So I am looking to try the resistor fix as my live data is showing 0 degrees for the adblue solution. This is sadly making the car smoke adblue on idle when warm (it stinks).

I am guessing the above is happening due to it seeing 0 degrees in the ecu.

Has anyone on here managed to try the resistor fix?with a positive outcome.

I am hoping to do the fix and see if this helps the dpf issue too.

Thanks all and thanks in advance.

DPF pressure sensor is back left of the engine (looking at the engine from the front of the car). Bosch ones are around £40 from Amazon.

Out of range simply means the value of the reading is over or under the expected values. This can be a DPF issue, leaking pressure differential pipe (there are two connect to the sensor) or bad sensor.
