05 C Class Estate Heated Windows

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me if the rear quarter lite windows are heated? The wires are there but the windows don't clear even with the rear screen heater on. I can't see a reference in the handbook.

I thought those wires were the radio aerial Kev-they certainly are on other makes, but not sure about the Mercs?

Could well be John, just assumed they were demisting elements thanks for tip, will dig deeper.
