The main ones I'd recommend are Ingersoll Rand and Milwaukee. Snap on's latest battery impacts are good too but far too expensive

If you search "project farm" on youtube he has tested many things including impact wrenches, we could do with a uk version.

Milwaukee then Ridgid, Dewalt third by quite a way but plenty of commonly available ones here not tested unfortunately.

When my snap on gun finally dies i will be getting a dewalt to replace it , my local tyre place use them and they get alot of stick , so a good test which they seem to pass easily

Do you want the impact gun to be for home use or motor vehicle use? You will not get a cheap gun that is any good for the tuff stuff (which is in reality what people want an impact for when using it on a car!). Driving a 50mm screw is another matter however.

Haven’t found a nut/bolt that my Dewalt 899 won’t shift (950Nm).
