190 broken mirror hinge

Looks like my drivers door mirror hinged part is broken. I think its the bottom pivot & looks like a plastic pin is missing or broken.
It was OK until the mirror was folded in towards the door, but after that it won't locate properly in the normal position.
Anyone else had this problem ? I think it's the same or very similar to a W124 mirror ( manual adjustment).

let an indie have a look at it, these mirrors can be snapped back into place and do take a lot of punishment
