Guys,

I'm thinking of buying a 190 2.5 16 valve. There are a couple advertised at the moment, one with 107K half leather and the other 126K with full leather, both red & look in top condition and are around the £5K mark.

although I know my way around an ordinary 190, is there anything special to look at on the 2.5 16v ? both are manual with dog-leg box.
What would one be like to use as a daily driver ?
Are there very high costs if any engine / box problems, or anything else special to be mindful of ?
Many thanks,

John

My 2.3-16 has been a total joy to own, i bought it new years eve and have driven it most days since. On the motorway it returns 35mpg.. when you use the power... abit less, well, alot less. Great cars though. i just made sure i heard it start from cold, and checked everything worked etc and gave it an oil service when i got it home
