My recently acquired car has aircon, but the control slider in the dash is not connected. Had a look under the bonnet, but cannot work out:
a) where the cable exits the bulk head from the cabin, and
b) where the able (once found!) attaches.
Looks like most of the car is dead simple to work on-is this the case with this cable? If it is a tricky thing to sort out, would it be better to take it to a Merc specialist to do, and save me the hassel?
