1963 230e fuel costs / things to check for

Hi, Could someone give me advice about the kind of mpg I would get from a 230E from '63 on motorway trips please? Also would be helpfull to know if there are any specific mechanical faults to check have been dealt with that are common on this model - cheers - mike
