1985 280CE Euro Specs

I've just bought this 280CE. When cold, the engine hesitates when accelerating. At operating temperature it works just fine.

I'm currently ringing out the vacuum system and found two split hoses. Still have the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

My 1984 280CE does the same. I've simply learnt not to be in a hurry for the first minute of any journey!
