1988 mercedes t1 310 carburetor

Hi
I have a 1988 mercedes motorhome with a 2.3 petrol engine fitted with a pierburg 1b carburetor. It’s shot. Not been used for a very long time as it currently runs on gas. I can’t find one anywhere. I wonder if anyone could help me source a replacement?
I’m based in Sheffield.
