1988 r107 door rubbing strips

Hi all. Can anyone guide me through the procedure for removing and replacing the exterior door rubbing strips,including the short ones on the lower wings,on my 300sl?

I cant be sure but I think that there is a screw just inside the back edge and the trim slides back a touch and off, I think that the holes are key hole shaped sideways
