The engine must be turning over for the rev counter to register, so it won't be the starter motor.
Do you hear a buzz from around the offside rear suspension for a couple of seconds after turning the ignition key to 'on' (not 'start')? This would be the fuel pump priming the system. If not, it could be a fuel pump or fuel pump relay problem.
take one spark plug out and crank....see if its sparking (be sure not to touch it other wise u will know about it
If theres spark then ur right in this area. There is a chance even if you have a spark your plugs could be knackered as i had this problem.
Otherwise take one of the metal fuel lines off (be sure to have a rag handy and release the pressure slowly) Crank and see if there is fuel here. If there is then your good in this area.
Was your car running good previously? or were there symptoms there was something rong? Come back and let us know what the results are then we'll probably be able to get closer to the problem
