The high beam is out in my 1993 300E & I am trying to remove & replace the bulb. I can pull out the electric plug, but cannot tell how to remove or the remainder of the unit. There is a cog type ring that appears to unscrew but it doesn't move. Any instructions or visuals would be a help. Thank you
