1994 C220 questions from new owner

Hey everyone I just bought a 1994 Mercedes-Benz C220. Tonight a light illuminated on the dash that looks like a light bulb with little rays all around it. It will only illuminate when I turn on the lights. I was wondering if anyone new what this means. I did not get an owners manual with the vehicle and was also wondering what the two park light posistions mean when you turn the headlight switch to the left none of the lights seem to come on. I have checked over the car and can not see any bulbs burnt out either.

the computer thingy has sensed one of your main bulbs has blown, or a circuit has failed. Turn on the lights by stages and get out and check, or have someone check them for you. It will be one of the running lights, indicators, headlights, brake lights or reversing lights. I don't think the system works on minor circuits.

Check all lights No plate lights, brakelights, parking lights, indicators and indicator repeaters even glove box and boot light and interior lights.

As above with the warning light. The parking lights only come on when the ignition is off I believe.
If you can't find any bulbs out, check the wattage of all the bulbs. The system works by comparing current drawn against expected values so if the bulbs are out of spec, it will assume one has gone.
