I was driving yesterday and went over a sharp bump in the road, then noticed the revs were going up and down by 100-200 revs as though I was moving my foot up and down on the accelerator. It stopped after a couple of seconds

Later on I was going over some speed bumps and when the rear of the car came down over the bumps, noticed that the car felt like it was slowing down slightly, I then noticed the ABS light was coming on for a second when hitting the bumps

Any ideas? Sensors or something?

that was last week

Just now I went over a speed bump and every warning light on the dash came on and the car just died

Tried restarting again, but as soon as I turned the key ALL the dash lights were on and it turned over fine but just would not start

Tried switching the alarm on and off, and the immobiliser on and off and this didn't help

Disconnected the battery, reconnected it, still the same

Phoned the AA, then just thought I would try turning her over again and she started

I would check all earth straps, and connections on the ignition switch
