1997-c230, Engine Misfire

Whenever my car is stopped (Ex : on Red light or is not moving) but the engine is in start, the engine starts to misfire. But when the car is driving, it does not.
Please advise what could be the problem.

I had a similar problem with my '97 C200, needed a new air mass meter.

Also , please advise where is this part located
Because , I remember that I got washed the engine and it started after that
