1999 308D fuel system

I'm finding air in the lines even when I have a full tank. Bleed the system and all is well, but, after a short run finishing in a 1km of full load the injection system is full of air again. I'm not sure where to start. The injectors were refurbished and re-installed about 300 km ago. Any ideas greatfully accepted.
engine is a 80 hp 601 four cylinder

I obtained a quote on the fuel o rings fitted to this engine. Naturally they were not available individually and I should buy the whole fuel lines: Total price over $300. After a little shopping around, $5 worth of o rings and hose later no more air in the system. I strongly recommend this very cheap fix if you have the same problem
