1st time Mercedes Owner: C350/2014

Hi all.

First time owner of a Mercedes. Started out on a C Class. Currently I'm waiting to get the car serviced and MOTd. I've had the car just over a year but truth be told driven it very little. Infact only managed 247 miles in the year. Hoping that will change going forward.

I'm based in Derbyshire. Any locals members or meets ?

Hi Nav and welcome to the forum. The 350 is a great engine so you need to drive the car more (much more!). Enjoy it.

Just had the car MOT'd and serviced (A9). They passed the car although mentioned a pre-safe issue withe the driver airbag during the test led to it failing before they subsequently passed it. Claimed they'd cleaned the belt buckle. Not sure if this error is related to a weak battery as i needed to jump start the car to get it going.

Good to see how many new members have joined recently so I'm glad to be amongst the new recruits. I need to get the car detailed now after which I'll post pictures. Granted the car is no great shakes for some but its my first Mercedes.
