2 quick questions.. advice please. (C180 related)

Just bought a 54 plate C180.

I'd like to know how much I'd be looking at for the following:

Installing Sat Nav (Command)... was told by dealer to buy off Ebay and have Merc install... would that be the cheapest?

Having it wired for the phone function.

If your a get down and dirty person, its quite easy to do yourself, especially with the help of Richard Almeida on http://www.mercupgrades.com/ - installed COMMAND in my ML. Got lazy and got BenzNL to install the telephone, but its also straight forward.
