Hi, recently fitted an intercooler as it was leaking(great difference) but after about 300 miles van lost power again.Switched van off like i used to when intercooler was gone and on again which gave van power again, but now it wont start at all .next day i got it going with easy start , and it started and stopped several times .Then took van for a drive , switched it off and wouldn't start again:cry:( was going down a hill at the time, but even when i let the clutch out it still wouldn't start)I only use this van for taking my son to motocross and am afraid of it letting us down on the way to a track...
Please please any help appreciated
thanks

That would sound more like a fuelling issue (or lack of) rather than anything on the turbo side.

Fuel pump, pipes, injectors, filter, water separator, fuel level of course but you've checked that. there's a couple of sensors on the rail, one front one back, check for wiring issues on those, particularly the front one. with this disconnected the van won't run.

wont start !!

got a guy there a while ago who plugged it into a snap on hand held machine which is bringing up 2 glow plug and a camshaft/crankshaft fault ? Think i know where the camshaft sensor is but not sure of the crank sensor..
does anyone know if these machines are any way accurate ?
