Hello. I recently acquired this 2000 ML55 AMG.

The rear wiper seems to be missing a part of the sprayer nozzle. Please see pictures.

Does anyone have a close-up picture of how this should look so that I can tell what I am missing before dismantling.

I am hoping that this is simply a small plastic part that pushes into the existing wiper arm but it's not clear to me from the exploded diagram whether I need to replace part #23 or if I need the end portion of part #8

Any thoughts?
Thanks

Answering my own question

The water from the rear window exits the hose aiming backwards at the cars behind you.
The nut cover has a bowl-shaped deflector to send the water onto the glass.
In my case it had broken off.
The part number for the replacement is
Wiper Arm Cover - Mercedes-Benz (210-824-01-49)

The plastic part is just a couple of dollars. Shipping costs more than the part. About $7 total.

Here is an image for anyone following in my footsteps in the future
