Hi Daniel, Is your car a W202 or a W203 ?

If both washer jets stopped working at the same time, it is likely that the pump or electrical connections to the pump have failed or possibly the jets have blocked.

To test, open bonnet, with the ignition on have someone press the washer switch, if you can hear the pump whining then the pump is ok.

Assuming the washer fluid hasn’t frozen in tank or in the tubing, then there may be a disconnection of the tubing feeding the jets, this will be apparent by water dripping from the underside of the bonnet while the pump is running.

Disconnect the pump and take it from the car, if you have a battery charger you could see if it will run from that, that will element the possibility that the problem is elsewhere in the cars electric’s and show if the pump is ok or not.
