With the vehicle reg number check the MOT history and see if it lost any miles on the way...

Have a full report mileage genuine FSH. last couple of years only done 2000miles. Its the L model with tv screens in back. Do you know of any problems with this model WDB220 engine

Only thing I had was a MAF fail on my IL6 320cdi engine in ~140K miles - a very good and reliable engine
MB didn't recommend ATF changes back then so I'd be checking that at least 1 has been done
