2003 sprinter 5 speed gearbox replacement.

Hello, my question is I need a replacement gearbox on my 2003 -2.7 sprinter ,most gearbox's I have seen for sale have the same gearbox no A9022600500 as mine ,but were fitted to a 2.2 sprinter, can you tell me if this is gearbox is compactable?

I am having to replace my gearbox on my 2003-2.7 sprinter as spare parts are not available for this gearbox at the moment, I have found plenty of gearbox's for sale with the same part number A9022600500 as mine but all have been fitted to 2.2 sprinters can you tell me if this box is the same or if it is compactable as they look identical in all others respects

If it has the same number it'll be compatible.
Ratios can be varied by the diff.

But you can do a VIN check and that will show the gearbox on your mo mo, for confirmation.
