2004 c270 heating issue (no heat into the cab )

drilling a small hole up in the centre of the remaining red plastic and try using an easyout to remove the remaining screw thread.
I have this job planned for the weekend and hope my drain plug is ok.

Check the red plug is avaialable sperately before doing that
